I first came to Hot Yoga – via Pilates and Vinyasa Yoga – as rehabilitation from neck surgery in 2010 and I haven’t stopped practising since.
My Yoga practise has powered me through marathons, ultra-marathons, injuries, a soul-sapping 9-5 day job in London, plus plenty of amazing breakthroughs – both on the mat and off.
I know how it feels to come to the mat in a body that feels stiff, tired and broken, and I know first-hand just how much of a difference this practice can make.
After weeks of sweaty towels and hard work, I completed my 500hr teacher training with a Bikram-accredited Hot specialism in 2015.
I love nothing more than to see the shift in practitioners after a well-timed assist or as they relax at the end of class, which led me to pursuing massage.
I’m currently in the process of qualifying with a Level 3 Diploma in Body Massage – and am excited to bring that to Hot Lotus in the new year.
