BOOKING A CLASS
Our booking system is powered by Glofox, making it quick and easy to book your Hot yoga and Pilates classes in Stockport.
You can book directly through our website by selecting a class from the timetable (but it can be a bit glitchy).
For the easiest experience, we recommend downloading the Glofox app. Once downloaded, simply search for “Hot Lotus”, select our studio, and register your account. From there, you can manage all your bookings, purchase classes or memberships, and track your schedule in one place.
To secure your place, please book in advance and do not arrive without a booking, as classes can fill up quickly and spaces cannot be guaranteed.
When booking, you can choose to pay online or select “pay later” and pay at the studio. We accept card and cash payments at reception (please note we do not currently accept Apple Pay).

TIMETABLE
Booking is essential to secure your place in class. All our classes are bookable via the Hot Lotus booking app which can download on your phone as above.
We have a waiting list so if class is full you will have the option join the waitlist – 99% of the time if you are on the waiting list you will get on to class. You can see on the booking app what position you are on the waitlist and your progression as you move closer to getting a space on the class. It is better to assume you will get a space than not.
If you are on the waitlist this is a commitment to attend. If you no longer wish to attend please cancel off the waiting list.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel up to 2 hours before class yourself on the app. Cancellations inside of 2 hours cannot be actioned by students on glofox. In exceptional circumstances if you need to cancel late you must ring the studio and leave a voice message or drop an email to info@hotlotus.co.uk and your place will be cancelled.
There is penalty for late cancellations (within 1 hour) and no shows.
The charge will be £5 if you are on a membership. If you are booking via a class pack a credit will be deducted. If you book on on a PAYG basis you will forfeit the credit and if you haven’t paid in advance you will be charged for the class.
Spaces are limited so please consider a studio class booking as a privilege and honour the booking by attending or cancelling early.
