I started practicsing Yoga seven years ago at university when my best friend suggested it might help with stress and movement. I was greeted into a beautiful community with an amazing teacher, and I have never looked back.
After university I did my first training in Hatha Yoga, level 3 diploma teaching Yoga, and then my second YTTC, 200hr Vinyasa and Ashtanga at Sampoorna in Goa in 2019, and then in 2020 I completed my Yin YTTC with Norman Blair.
In between my teacher trainings I have been practising mindful self-compassion, having taken two courses for self development, and using the practices in my day-to-day life off the mat. I have learnt to love my self to a degree that I don’t think I have could have accessed if it weren’t for Yoga teachings, educating myself about the mind and body, and mindfulness practices.
