I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist and graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Manchester. I offer one-to-one sessions focusing on a holistic approach to Nutritional Therapy, which means looking at the body as a whole rather than focusing on just one symptom.
What you eat, how much you sleep, your stress levels and how much time you spend for yourself, all have a huge impact on your body.
