Geraldine Thomas

I am a BACP qualified and registered psychotherapist and counsellor, working in mental health, mindfulness teacher/trainer and Yoga teacher.

I work with adults, young people and children enabling them to cultivate greater mental and emotional stability to cope better with the challenges and opportunities life brings.

I am also delighted to be teaching Mindflow Yoga on a weekly basis at Hot Lotus.

This practice draws on 30 years’ personal experience of Eastern philosophy, and the workings of the mind/body, and its interface with western psychology, psychotherapy and cognitive neuroscience to understand and reduce stress, anxiety and depression and learn to cultivate our innate human potential towards personal growth, well-being.
