Heather Davies

I grew up in Stockport and went to University in Edinburgh, and after completing my degree I stayed to study at the Morningside Dance Academy and gain a Diploma in Professional Dance Performance alongside vocational qualifications in RAD/ISTD Ballet and Jazz.

I have been lucky enough to perform at the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Commonwealth Games, The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo and with Spiller’s Pantomimes.

Returning to Stockport, I pursued performance work with Eight Freestyle Panto, Haripa Dance Company and I am a resident teacher at The Dance Academy, a performance school for young people in Stockport and Greater Manchester.

Pilates has been my way of keeping fit and injury-free throughout my dance career and I am delighted to be a part of Heidi’s team at Hot Lotus.

I have recently completed the Inferno Hot Pilates teacher training and I have also completed the Barre Concepts training, allowing me to combine my ballet background with a more fitness-orientated approach.

I am passionate about passing on my enthusiasm for all forms of fitness and dance to everyone, no matter what age, fitness level or past experience.

I look forward to seeing you on the mat.
