Practising at home has so many benefits. You will find that practicing in a room without a class full of other students that you can focus on yourself, your own breath, and how you feel.
With no teacher physically in the room, there are no hands-on adjustments, and you have to rely upon yourself to become more aware of your body, your positioning, your alignment, and this can enhance the mind-body connection.
If you are new to yoga, Pilates and fitness classes it can be intimidating going to group classes. Practising in the safety and comfort of your own home, is a great way to start your journey and we have a huge selection of classes aimed at the complete beginner as well as classes for those looking to take their practice to the next level.
Our on-demand yoga classes include Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative and Hot Yoga 26 (Bikram) plus a range of strength and cardio workouts such as Inferno Hot Pilates, Body Blitz and Sculpt. With longer classes for when you have time on your hands and shorter classes for when you have less than half an hour but want to get your body moving.
At Hot Lotus Live we are also passionate about mindfulness and we have a vast library of breathing exercises and meditations which can help to calm down an anxious mind so you can cope with the stresses of modern day life.

Our on-demand platform is so easy to use. You can search the library by class style, teacher and duration making it easier to fit your class into your day and these can be streamed to any device.
If you have a membership at our Hot Lotus Studio you get free access to all our Hot Lotus Live classes so you can schedule your workouts between in studio and at home.
We also have an on-line only subscription available at just £25 a month based on a 3-month rolling contract or £20 for a one month contract
