My Yoga practice started six years ago following a time in my life where I needed something alternative to running and plus seeking a new challenge.
As a psychiatric nurse I’m keen to look at alternatives to managing both your mental and physical wellbeing and the feeling Bikram Yoga gave me ticked the right boxes.
From day one I wanted to teach and share this practice with others. I embarked on my Yoga teaching journey in Thailand in April 2015.
I have taught in various studios over the past three years, religiously practising 5-6 times per week.
