My Yoga journey started almost six years ago, a short while after completing my first degree.
With my passion to practice reaped the countless physical and mental benefits of Yoga.
I wanted to share my passion for Yoga with others and so completed my 200-hour Hatha Yoga training with Health and Fitness Education, which is accredited by the YMCA.
My aim is to teach in such a way that people find new levels of possibility whilst experiencing comfort and awareness within the mind and body.
I also teach dedicated Kids’ Yoga classes and I am passionate about providing a space for children to take time out and become more imaginative and creative through Yoga whilst building self-confidence and self-esteem.
I am really looking forward to teaching at Hot Lotus and sharing my love of yoga with both children and adults alike.
