Shake the Dust is a practice for the Body, Heart and Mind. It will surprise you and may take you out of your comfort zone. The class is an eclectic mix of cardio, Yoga, Pilates, dancing and breathwork where you will journey between perpetual movement with shaking, jumping, dancing and intuitive movement, together with some familiar yoga postures, Pilates, somatics and bodyweight training thrown in.
The classes also feature fabulous kick-ass playlists. It is suitable for anyone even complete beginners and is a great workout; you will get a sweat on and it will help you create a strong and resilient body. You need to do this class to really appreciate what it can do for you and how good it can make you feel.
It’s one of those classes that leave you pumped full of endorphins and ready to take on anything.
