Tips for first timers

Coming to your first studio class might feel intimidating but please relax, we have all felt like that when we did our first class. We come in all shapes and sizes and ages and our students vary from complete beginners to more experienced. You will not feel out of place we promise you.

If you have any symptons of COVID please do not come to class. Please cancel your place as spaces are limited and we need to ensure that someone else can fill your space.

Our doors open 15 minutes before class starts. If you arrive early please form a socially distanced queue outside.

Come to the studio with everything you need to practice – avoid bringing extra belongings as much as you can. Wear comfortable clothes – rather like what you would to the gym. Lightweight and easy to move around in.

Come wearing a mask – you will not practice in this but this should be worn in all other areas of the studio. You will take this off once you are on your mat.

Make sure you have water! (we do have a water cooler for topping up your water if required).

Bring your own yoga mat and towel – if you don’t have these they can be purchased at the studio.

At the moment we have extra measures in place due to COVID it’s really important to read the guidelines below and come to class prepared.
