Tips for first timers

Coming to your first studio class might feel intimidating but please relax, we have all felt like that when we did our first class. We come in all shapes and sizes and ages and our students vary from complete beginners to more experienced. You will not feel out of place we promise you.

Our doors open 15 minutes before class starts. Aim to get here at this time so that we can show you around the study and help you prepare for class.

Come to the studio with everything you need to practice – avoid bringing extra belongings as much as you can. Wear comfortable clothes – rather like what you would to the gym. Lightweight and easy to move around in.

Make sure you have water! (we do have a water cooler for topping up your water if required).

Bring your own yoga mat and a towel long enough to cover your whole mat– if you don’t have these they can be rented at the studio. Please bring cash.
