Hot Yoga

🔥 Bikram Yoga (Hot Yoga 26)

Bikram Yoga (Hot Yoga 26) is the original hot yoga practice, featuring a fixed sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room. This structured, time-tested class is designed to systematically work the entire body, building strength, flexibility, and mental resilience.

Suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners, classes are available in 60, 75, and 90-minute formats, making it easy to maintain a consistent practice—no matter your schedule.

🧘 What to Expect

Practised in a room heated to approximately 40–40.5°C, each class follows the same carefully designed sequence. Every posture prepares the body for the next, helping to improve focus, deepen the mind-body connection, and deliver progressive results over time.

Our experienced teachers—trained through the Bikram Yoga College of India—guide you through the class with clear instruction and support, ensuring a safe and effective experience.

💪 Benefits of Bikram Yoga

With regular practice, Bikram Yoga becomes more than just a class—it becomes a powerful tool for long-term health and wellbeing.

Key benefits include:

  • Improved strength, flexibility, and posture
  • Increased cardiovascular fitness and circulation
  • Support for weight loss and metabolism (high calorie burn per class)
  • Enhanced focus, concentration, and mental clarity
  • Reduced stress and anxiety through breath control
  • Improved joint mobility and injury recovery support
  • Increased energy levels and overall resilience

The sequence is designed to systematically work every muscle, joint, ligament, tendon, organ, and gland, helping to move oxygenated blood throughout the body and support optimal function.

🔥 Why Practise in the Heat?

The heated environment:

  • Raises the heart rate for a more effective cardio workout
  • Helps muscles warm up safely, allowing deeper movement and improved flexibility
  • Encourages sweating, supporting circulation and overall skin health

⏱ Flexible Class Formats

Choose from:

  • 60-minute express classes – ideal for busy schedules
  • 75-minute classes – balanced and accessible
  • 90-minute classes – the full traditional experience

🌿 A Practice That Builds Over Time
