Hells Bells

Hells Bells comes from the creator of our HIT workout Inferno Hot Pilates and we are so excited to offer this at Hot Lotus and The Lotus Lounge. It is not available anywhere else in the North West.

It is a kettlebell workout which is all about movement, joint mobility, explosive power, strengthening connective tissues and building mental focus.

This 45-minute workout will leave you feeling STRONG and powerful. It will help you develop strength and endurance and improve your mobility and flexibility all at the same time! You will also burn a lot of calories in a relatively short amount of time so is an excellent way to lose excess, unhealthy body fat.

Again, this fun class is suitable for ALL levels of fitness and ability and whilst no prior experience is needed to ensure you get the best out of this class students must attend one of our workshops first.

These will focus on correct hold and grip and teach you the basic exercises so that when you take class you are getting the best out of your workout. For the first few weeks these will be held in place of the normal class at the same times. You may attend these multiple times.

When we get into October these will be held at a separate time. Dates and times to be confirmed.
