We are very excited to be launching Sculpt at Hot Lotus. This workout originates from Core Power Yoga in the US and Hot Lotus is the first studio outside of London to offer this amazing workout.
Sculpt is a high energy flow class which incorporates Yoga postures, free weights and cardio. Set to upbeat music, this is a fusion of yoga inspired movements with cardio and free weights.
The focus is on correct body alignment, exercises to engage and strengthen the core to improve posture and involves strength-training moves like squats and lunges for the lower body and bicep curls and tricep extensions for the upper body.
This class will build your strength and flexibility, boost your metabolism and help to build lean muscle mass. It burns maximum calories to facilitate fat burning, whilst sculpting and fine tuning your body in a wellbeing environment. Balance strength, flexibility and mindfulness and build endurance for stronger Yoga classes and multiple sports.
This class is great for people looking for a full body strengthening workout in a fun group class. It is suitable for all levels – including beginners – as modifications are given throughout.
This class is usually taught in a warm room so be prepared to get a great workout and sweat!
Come hydrated and bring water, yoga mats and towels and available to hire if you don’t have these and weights are provided.
This class is included in ALL our memberships and class passes as we know it will appeal to out Yogis due to the yoga inspired format but will also appeal to our high energy inferno devotees who like to be challenged and get a sweat on. You will LOVE it.
