Hot Lotus Wellbeing is here to help you achieve your health, fitness and well-being goals. Since launching our studio in 2018 we have helped to transform many students with inactive and sedentary lifestyles to being stronger, fitter and happier people.

With our state-of-the-art heated studio, offering innovative classes with professional experienced teachers we have, in 2020, successfully taken our in-studio classes to online platforms and have found that for many, taking classes at home has meant fitting class in to a busy schedule (juggling work and childcare for example) is far easier. The results have surprised us and it’s fabulous to be able to assist people in making positive changes to their lifestyles that have resulted in them looking and feeling better than ever before.

In 2021 we are excited to announce that we are taking this one step further and are launching a new initiative. Our TRANSFORM programme is designed to help anyone become fitter, healthier and happier in just six weeks.

Not only will you have access to our fabulous schedule of live streamed classes, but you will also access to hundreds of workouts on our virtual platform, plus we are excited to offer our bespoke nutrition plan which has been created specifically for us by the team at TM Personalised Nutrition.

Tim Munson, of TM Personalised Nutrition, and his team are leading registered sport & exercise nutritionists based in the UK. They have extensive experience working with a range of athletes and currently supports Harlequins Rugby Club and top-flight football teams, and works individually with Olympic runners and cyclists.

This doesn’t mean that our nutrition programme is designed for budding Olympic athletes! They have designed this plan with our students in mind, it is for anyone who simply wants to make positive changes to their diet, to be educated on what to eat and when (before and after class for example), it gives advice on what to eat and what not to eat, and show you how to create meal plans for rest days and heavy training days and includes a variety of recipes and tips.


Our programme means you have the ability to practice anytime, anywhere. On the go or at home you are in control. You can even change your location day to day to fit your lifestyle. All you need is WiFi!


 To enhance your results and help you get the best from our workouts out Transform programme includes a FREE exercise band (you can choose medium or strong) and a 7” exercise ball.


Our workouts include a mixture of strength, endurance, and high intensity. With a combination of longer 60-minute workouts as well as short and fast-paced workouts you can complete anywhere, anytime.

With a 7-day-a-week schedule including early bird, evening and weekend classes there is a time to suit you.

New to our live stream schedule for January 2021 we are bringing back our popular Body Blitz classes (conditioning classes focusing on those problem areas – legs, bums and tums) these will be short 30-minute classes to kick-start you day plus we have our hugely popular Sculpt and Inferno Hot Pilates classes which combine core work and conditioning with HIIT training.

What is unique to our programme – which you won’t find with other online exercise and diet programmes, is you will also have access to a complimentary range of Yoga classes which will help you stretch aching muscles after your HIIT sessions and conditioning workouts and will help you recover quicker from your workouts to get the best results as well as helping you create longer leaner muscle tone.

You can take class every day if you like, but we recommend a minimum of 5 workouts per week and we will give you extra fun challenges along the way!


For our live streamed classes you will join our Hot Lotus community all from the comfort of your own home. You don’t need to feel nervous about turning up somewhere new and worrying that you are the only one who doesn’t know what you are doing. You get the personalised instruction in the safety of your own space.

Our live streamed classes include early bird, evening and weekend classes and the great thing is all of these are recorded should you miss a session. You can even repeat your favourite class as many times as you like!

All our classes are accessible from your mobile device, or laptop.
