There is nothing quite like a kettlebell workout as it ticks so many boxes – it is great for challenging your stabiliser muscles, strengthening your core, helping to build strength and improving your cardiovascular health.
This 45-minute workout will leave you feeling STRONG and powerful. As well as helping you develop strength and endurance you will improve your joint mobility and flexibility all at the same time! You will also burn a lot of calories in a relatively short amount of time so is an excellent way to lose excess, unhealthy body fat.
It is also a whole lot of fun, and it is suitable for ALL levels of fitness and ability. We have a range of weights and you can start low and build up over time.
This class is unheated, so if you are nervous about exercising in the heat this is a great option for you!
